I am a dancer, movement researcher and maker. I graduated from the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance
(SEAD) and have worked as a performer with choreographers and directors including Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui (for a film by Joe
Wright), Mirva Mäkinen, Agostina D’Alessandro, Compagnia Oltrenotte and Compagnia Dejà Dónnè.
Alongside my work as a performer, I developed an authorial practice rooted in improvisation and compositional thinking. In
2019 I created Vengo a perderti, a fully improvised solo that received the Dance Prize at the SoloCoreografico Festival –
Lavanderia a Vapore. The work has been presented at several international platforms including Solo Dance Festival Ankara,
Showcase at Fabbrica del Vapore (Milan) and MASH – Jerusalem International Dance Week.
Together with Edoardo Sgambato I founded Macula, an artistic research collective. In 2023 the collective premiered its first
work, Amelia, which received an award for choreographic writing at Cortoindanza Festival and has since been presented
at several festivals also in a site-specific format, including Kilowatt Festival, Conformazioni, Performare, InCastro,
Rassegna Logos and Caffeine. Alongside my artistic work, I am a certified Feldenkrais®️ Method teacher and the creator and curator of Landscapes for Composition, a project dedicated to Instant Composition that has involved artists such as Vera Mantero, Kirstie Simson, Lilo Stahl, Julyen Hamilton, Lily Kiara, Maya M. Carroll, Agostina D’Alessandro and Bettina Neuhaus.
My practice explores states of perception and imagination drawing from the Feldenkrais®️ Method and Instant
Composition. Through these practices we co-create spaces where the body can reorganize, transform and articulate itself
with freedom, clarity and compositional awareness.

Feldenkrais Method ®

The Feldenkrais Method®️ is a method of self-education and learning that uses movement as a resource to nurish awarness through the creation of new neural maps (neuroplasticity), opening the way for new possibilities to emerge.
In Awareness Through Movement classes, we share an intimate space where learning unfolds as an organic and playful
process. By focusing on the kinaesthetic experience of the essential principles of movement, we discover ways to move with greater freedom, ease, and efficiency. Immersion in this perceptual exploration encourages the whole self to manifest in all its depth and spaciousness, awakening curiosity and creativity.
