Alba Raventós (ES) – Classes & Bodywork

Bmc into movement: Spiral Heart
Posture vs Expression. Support & Function. From the flow that spirals all around, in and out, here we are with our hearts. Oppening anatomy to see inside and fisiology to move the space around.
Filling in the dance with all of this inspirations and pulses. How is the movement a curve, a spiral, a push of life?
From principles of Body Mind Centeringo, it’s propose a critic body and a time for investigation.
A very detailed organic session, less is more. Patience, openness and a lot of listening.
Bmc bodywork: Thymus
A somatic reflexion through movement.
Knowledge takes time. The body is time. Let’s cultivate it. “Thymós” means in the ancient Greek spirit, soul and courage, above the heart accompanies us. An investigation is proposed to understand the vibrating body of this gland and its expressions. Everything is movement, how movement and vibration change us?
A guide through the bases of anatomy will explore this gland, and the connections with the rest of the body.
In Body Mind Centering we open up the sistems and areas of the body to find different qualities of expresions and movement of ourselves.
